Naturals is an ice cream brand based in Mumbai who grew and spread all across India with their popularity in seasonal ice creams. We were approached by the brand to photograph their traditional Kannada recipes, one of them as shown in the picture above. This particular recipe is traditionally called Hasayla Chibbad which consists of muskmelon, roasted poha with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to give it a sweet twist for the brand. This native dish, originally served as breakfast in Karnataka, was given a new look and arrangement with the addition of ice cream by Naturals. Ten different varieties of these traditional recipes were created to make the otherwise native dishes, look appealing and compelling.
